I built a career based on empathy and sustainable design, building trust with users and entire organizations. With a background spanning user research, UX design, and a past as an international development worker, I focus on fostering collaboration, inclusivity,  innovation, and driving impact. I’m especially passionate about working for a cause and using design to create positive change while maintaining a user-focused approach. 

I’m currently Head of Design and Research at GROPYUS, building sustainble housing solutions for the future. Previously, I led product design, UX content, and research at Ecosia. I now lead a team of eleven designers and researchers focused on working leaner, embedding AI into how we work, and making decisions that combine qualitative and quantitative insight.
